About Jessica Van Dijk

Founder and Director of Lash Esthetica.

I started in the beauty industry 15 years ago as an apprentice beauty therapist working for a well-renowned and highly sort after beauty salon in the heart of Sydney

Throughout her apprenticeship, Jessica worked as a dermal therapist and in the skin under the guidance of cosmetic doctors and industry leaders.

After completing the apprenticeship and some years working at a dermal skin clinic, Jessica had the opportunity to manage Sydney first of its kind lash specialist salon in Paddington and knew she had to take this opportunity to grow and expand her skills.

Gaining incredible knowledge working in Paddington managing a salon of 8 lash artists, and being inspired by working with Sydney’s top Beauty salon Jessica van Dijk decided it was time to follow her dreams.
Opening Lash Esthetica at the age of 26 years old Jessica van Dijk’s passion, drive and desire to create a beautiful and elegant salon that gives the ultimate experience to every client who walks through the door.

Esthetica means aesthetics in Italian and
was named by one of Jess’s long-term clients Cate who was 1 of Jess’s 1st clients when she was 18 and is still a client of Jess’s today.

Now what was a one woman’s show, Jess now has grown her team over the last seven years with some of the best and most highly sought-after Lash Artists who practice the same philosophy as Jess.

She believes in creating an experience and an opportunity to make someone feel their best. She truly believes each person is beautiful in their way. There is not one size fits all when it comes to lashes, and that is something that Jess practices every day.
